Die Kostenübernahme der monoklonalen Antikörper zur RSV-Prophylaxe als Teil einer präventiven Massnahme im Rahmen der obligatorischen Krankenpflegeversicherung richtet sich nach den in Artikel 12b KLV für den jeweiligen Antikörper abschliessend festgelegten Voraussetzungen und erfolgt nur innerhalb der Zulassung durch Swissmedic.
Mit Verschreibung von ENFLONSIA berücksichtigt die/der behandelnde Ärztin/Arzt bei der Wahl der prophylaktischen Massnahme (Impfung, monoklonaler Antikörper) gegen RSV-Infektionen umfassend und patientenindividuell den Nutzen und die Kosten. Die Vergütung von ENFLONSIA erfolgt somit aufgrund der ärztlichen Beurteilung, ohne Dokumentationspflicht und Kostengutsprachegesuch des Leistungserbringers.
Kostenübernahme für eine Einzeldosis (1 Injektion zu 105 mg/0.7 ml) bei Neugeborenen und Säuglingen vor oder während ihrer ersten RSV-Saison.
Keine Kostenübernahme für eine weitere Einzeldosis (1 Injektion zu 105 mg/0.7 ml) bei Neugeborenen, Säuglingen und Kleinkindern im Alter bis zu 24 Monaten, die sich einer Herzoperation mit kardiopulmonalem Bypass unterziehen müssen, sobald die Person postoperativ stabil ist.
Keine Kostenübernahme für eine weitere Einzeldosis (1 Injektion zu 105 mg/0.7 ml) bei Kleinkindern im Alter bis zu 24 Monaten, die in ihrer zweiten RSV-Saison weiterhin anfällig für eine schwere RSV-Erkrankung sind.
Keine Kostenübernahme nach vorgängiger RSV-Impfung der Mutter zur passiven Immunisierung des Neugeborenen; ausgenommen sind folgende Fälle:
- Geburt innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Verabreichung der Impfung,
- Frühgeburt vor 37 Wochen Gestationsalter,
- wenn medizinische Gründe bei der Mutter oder beim Neugeborenen vorliegen, wie mütterliche Immunsuppression, HIV-Infektionen mit nicht unterdrückter Viruslast, bekannte mütterliche Allergie auf einen Impfstoffbestandteil, Risiko eines Verlusts der humoralen Immunität (nach kardiopulmonalem Bypass oder extrakorporaler Membranoxygenierung oder Plasmapherese) oder eine Komorbidität, die gemäss dem behandelnden Facharzt oder der behandelnden Fachärztin ein Risiko einer lebensbedrohlichen RSV-Erkrankung birgt.
ENFLONSIA wird nicht in Kombination mit anderen monoklonalen Antikörpern zur RSV-Prophylaxe vergütet.
