Bei Abbruch der Therapie vor Beginn des 2. Zyklus mit Cabazitaxel Spirig HC werden von der Zulassungsinhaberin auf Antrag des Versicherers die Kosten für die während des 1. Zyklus verabreichte Dosis von Cabazitaxel Spirig HC im Publikumspreis dem Kostenträger vergütet.
