Es sind maximal 10 Zyklen zu vergüten.
Bei Abbruch der Therapie vor Beginn des 2. Zyklus mit Cabazitaxel Sandoz werden von der Firma Sandoz Pharmaceuticals AG auf Antrag des Versicherers die Kosten für die während des 1. Zyklus verabreichte Dosis von Cabazitaxel Sandoz im Publikumspreis dem Kostenträger vergütet.
