Für die Behandlung mit Cabazitaxel Accord ist keine neue Kostengutsprache nötig, wenn in derselben Indikation bereits eine Kostengutsprache für das Originalpräparat oder ein anderes Generikum besteht.
Es sind maximal 10 Zyklen zu vergüten.
Bei Abbruch der Therapie vor Beginn des 2. Zyklus mit Cabazitaxel Accord werden von der Firma Accord Healthcare AG auf Antrag des Versicherers die Kosten für die während des 1. Zyklus verabreichte Dosis von Cabazitaxel Accord im Publikumspreis dem Kostenträger vergütet.
