Für die Behandlung mit ORLISTAT SANDOZ ist keine neue Kostengutsprache nötig, wenn in derselben Indikation bereits eine Kostengutsprache für das Originalpräparat oder ein anderes Generikum besteht.
Mindestens BMI 28
Nur für die Behandlung von adipösen Patienten mit Diabetes Typ II, die gleichzeitig mit einem/mehreren oralen Antidiabetikum/Antidiabetika behandelt werden. Die Behandlung muss nach 6 Monaten abgebrochen werden, wenn der Gewichtsverlust nicht mindestens 5 kg des Körpergewichts zu Beginn der Medikation und/oder die Reduktion des HbA1c-Wertes nicht mindestens 0,5% beträgt. Bei Erreichen des Ziels wird die Therapie bis auf maximal 2 Jahre verlängert.
