NINLARO wird in Kombination mit Lenalidomid und Dexamethason vergütet zur Behandlung von erwachsenen Patienten mit rezidivierendem und/oder refraktärem Multiplem Myelom, die
- mindestens eine vorangegangene Therapie erhalten haben und Hochrisikomerkmale (definiert als erhöhtes zytogenetisches Risiko hohes Risiko für (del17, t4;14, t14;16) oder 1q21 oder ISS-Stadium III) aufweisen,
oder
- die mindestens zwei vorangegangene Therapien erhalten haben.
NINLARO ist ausserhalb kontrollierter klinischer Studien nicht für die Erhaltungstherapie beim multiplen Myelom empfohlen.
Dosierungsschema und Dosierung für die Kombinationstherapie sollen nach Angaben der Fachinformation erfolgen.
Falls es zu einer Progression der Krankheit kommt oder inakzeptable Toxizitätserscheinungen auftreten, muss die Behandlung mit NINLARO abgebrochen werden.
Die Takeda Pharma AG erstattet im Rahmen der Kombinationstherapie von NINLARO mit Lenalidomid dem Krankenversicherer, bei dem die versicherte Person zum Zeitpunkt des Bezugs versichert war, auf dessen erste Aufforderung hin, für jede bezogene Packung NINLARO einen Betrag in der Höhe von Fr. 713.53 zurück. Die Mehrwertsteuer kann nicht zusätzlich zu diesem Anteil des Fabrikabgabepreises zurückgefordert werden. Die Aufforderung zur Rückerstattung soll ab dem Zeitpunkt der Verabreichung erfolgen.
