Vergütung von ZAVICEFTA zur Behandlung bei Erwachsenen mit folgenden Infektionen, wenn nach mikrobiologischer Sensibilitätsprüfung feststeht oder ein starker Verdacht besteht, dass die Infektion durch empfindliche Bakterien verursacht ist:
• Komplizierte intraabdominelle Infektionen (clAl)
• Komplizierte Harnwegsinfektionen (cUTI), einschliesslich Pyelonephritis
• Nosokomiale Pneumonien (HAP), einschliesslich beatmungsassoziierter Pneumonien (VAP)
Zur Verhinderung einer schnellen Resistenzentwicklung gegenüber ZAVICEFTA darf dieses für die Behandlung von solchen Infektionen nur angewendet werden, wenn die für die Initialbehandlung dieser Infektionen empfohlenen Antibiotika aufgrund ausgeprägter Resistenz, allergologischen oder toxikologischen Überlegungen als nicht geeignet erachtet werden. Offizielle Empfehlungen zum angemessenen Gebrauch von Antibiotikas sind zu beachten, insbesondere Anwendungsempfehlungen zur Verhinderung der Zunahme von Antibiotikaresistenz.
Ambulante Anwendung: Es wird lediglich die exakte Anzahl Ampullen, die zur ambulanten Therapie notwendig ist, vergütet. Falls bei der Verwendung nicht die ganze Packung aufgebraucht wird, so ist nur der Anteil der verabreichten Anzahl Ampullen basierend auf dem Publikumspreis der verwendeten Packung zu verrechnen. Die Pfizer AG vergütet dem Leistungserbringer, bei dem eine angebrochene Packung ZAVICEFTA verfällt, auf dessen erste Aufforderung hin den Anteil des Fabrikabgabepreises für die Anzahl der verfallenen Ampullen zurück. Die Mehrwertsteuer kann nicht zusätzlich zu diesem Anteil des Fabrikabgabepreises zurückgefordert werden.
