Aktive Rheumatoide Arthritis
Behandlung der aktiven rheumatoiden Arthritis, wenn die vorausgegangene antirheumatische Standardtherapie mit krankheitsmodifizierenden Antirheumatika (DMARDs) unzulänglich war.
Morbus Crohn
Behandlung von erwachsenen Patienten mit aktivem Morbus Crohn, wenn die vorausgegangene konventionelle Therapie (z.B. mit Azathioprin, 6-Mercaptopurin, Steroiden) unzulänglich war.
Moderate bis schwere Colitis ulcerosa
Behandlung erwachsener Patienten mit VEBLOCEMA, wenn die vorausgegangene konventionelle Therapie (z.B. mit Azathioprin, 6-Mercaptopurin oder Glukokortikoiden) unzulänglich war.
Umstellung auf VEBLOCEMA je nach Indikation: Bei der Umstellung einer Erhaltungstherapie mit Infliximab in intravenöser Formulierung auf VEBLOCEMA kann die subkutane Formulierung 8 Wochen nach der letzten intravenösen Infliximab-Infusion verabreicht werden.
