Zur Verbesserung des Blutzuckerspiegels bei erwachsenen Patienten mit Diabetes mellitus Typ 2:
 - anstelle von Ertugliflozin, wenn die Blutzuckerkontrolle durch Diät, Bewegung und eine Behandlung mit Ertugliflozin und Metformin oder mit Ertugliflozin und einem Sulfonylharnstoff unzureichend ist.
 - anstelle von Sitagliptin, wenn die Blutzuckerkontrolle durch Diät, Bewegung und eine Behandlung mit Sitagliptin und Metformin oder mit Sitagliptin und einem Sulfonylharnstoff unzureichend ist.
 - Als Ersatz der freien Kombination von Ertugliflozin und Sitagliptin bei erwachsenen Patienten mit Diabetes mellitus Typ 2, welche bereits mit dieser Kombination behandelt werden.
 - Es wird maximal eine Tagesdosierung von 5 mg Ertugliflozin vergütet.
