In Kombination mit Metformin zusammen mit Diät und körperlicher Aktivität, wenn mit Diät und körperlicher Aktivität in Kombination mit Metformin und 10 mg Dapagliflozin keine ausreichende Blutzuckerkontrolle erreicht wird oder wenn bereits mit der Kombination aus 10 mg Dapagliflozin und 5 mg Saxagliptin als separate Tabletten behandelt wird.
