- In Monotherapie bei Patienten mit nachgewiesener Kontraindikation oder nachgewiesener Unverträglichkeit für Metformin.
Zur Behandlung von Patienten mit einem Typ 2 Diabetes mellitus in Kombination mit folgenden Therapieoptionen, wenn durch diese Antidiabetika keine ausreichende Blutzuckerkontrolle erreicht wird:
- Als Zweifachkombination mit Metformin oder einem Sulfonylharnstoff
- Als Dreifachkombination mit einer Kombination aus Metformin und einem Sulfonylharnstoff
- In Kombination mit Basalinsulin mit oder ohne Metformin
- In Kombination mit einem SGLT-2 Inhibitor mit oder ohne Metformin
Mindestens BMI 28. Zusätzliche Medikamente zur Gewichtsreduktion werden nicht vom Krankenversicherer vergütet.
Es wird maximal eine Dosis Semaglutid pro Woche vergütet. 2 mg Semaglutid pro Woche werden nur vergütet, wenn mit 1 mg Semaglutid pro Woche keine ausreichende Blutzuckerkontrolle erreicht wird.
