Ist eine 12- oder 16‐wöchige Behandlung mit MAVIRET erforderlich, vergütet die AbbVie AG nach Aufforderung durch denjenigen Krankenversicherer, bei dem die versicherte Person zum Zeitpunkt des Bezugs versichert war, den Fabrikabgabepreis der dritten/vierten, nachweislich verabreichten Packung à je Fr. 13’148.57 zurück. Die Mehrwertsteuer kann nicht zusätzlich zu diesem Betrag zurückgefordert werden. Die Aufforderung zur Rückvergütung soll ab dem Zeitpunkt der Verabreichung erfolgen.
