Erhaltungstherapie von Patienten mit CD20 positivem rezidiviertem oder refraktärem follikulärem Non-Hodgkin-Lymphom (Stadien III - IV), die auf eine Induktionstherapie mit CHOP oder R-CHOP angesprochen haben.
Behandlung von Patienten mit CD20 positivem aggressivem B-Zell Non-Hodgkin-Lymphom (Typ: DLBCL) in Kombination mit einer CHOP ähnlichen Standard-Chemotherapie.
Generell gilt:
Der erste Zyklus ist als intravenöse Infusion in einer Dosierung von 375mg/m2 Körperoberfläche zu verabreichen, darauffolgende Zyklen mit MabThera subkutan in fixer Dosierung zu 1400mg.
