Die Vergütung einer neuverschriebenen EZETIMIB-SIMVASTATIN-SANDOZ-Therapie ist zudem möglich bei:
- Patienten mit hohem Risiko gemäss AGLA-Risikokategorie, die Atorvastatin und Rosuvastatin nicht vertragen und den LDL-Zielwert - Patienten mit sehr hohem Risiko gemäss AGLA-Risikokategorie, die Atorvastatin und Rosuvastatin nicht vertragen und den LDL-Zielwert - Patienten mit Statin-Intoleranz, d.h. Patienten, die bei Einnahme eines Statins nicht tolerierbare Muskelschmerzen und/oder messbare Muskelschwäche und/oder eine Erhöhung der Creatininkinase >5x des oberen Grenzwertes aufweisen. Vor der Verschreibung von EZETIMIB SIMVASTATIN SANDOZ ist ein anderes Statin und, sofern dies nicht vertragen wird, Atorvastatin oder Rosuvastatin 5-10 mg 1-2x pro Woche auszuprobieren.
