Zur Behandlung der chronischen Infektion mit dem Hepatitis-C-Virus (HCV) vom Genotyp 1 bis 6 bei Erwachsenen und pädiatrischen Patienten ab 12 Jahren oder mit einem Körpergewicht von mindestens 30 kg sowie in Kombination mit Ribavirin bei Patienten mit HCV vom Genotyp 3 mit kompensierter Zirrhose und Patienten mit HCV vom Genotyp 1 bis 6 mit dekompensierter Zirrhose.
Die maximale Vergütungsdauer ist wie folgt zu begrenzen:
- Patienten ohne Zirrhose: 12 Wochen.
- Patienten mit kompensierter Zirrhose (bei Bedarf bei Patienten mit HCV Genotyp 3 in Kombination mit Ribavirin): 12 Wochen.
- Patienten mit dekompensierter Zirrhose in Kombination mit Ribavirin: 12 Wochen.

Yes, but only under conditions. Epclusa is on the Specialities List with a limitation: basic insurance reimburses it only when the conditions in the limitation text are met, in some cases only after the insurer has granted cost approval.
