Vergütung der Behandlung einer HIV-1-Infektion bei antiretroviral naiven HIV-1-infizierten Erwachsenen über 18 Jahren in Kombination mit einem nicht-nukleosidischen Reverse-Transkriptase-Inhibitor (NNRTI) oder einem Proteaseinhibitor.
Emtricitabin-Tenofovir-Mepha wird in Kombination mit Safer-Sex-Praktiken für die Prä-Expositionsprophylaxe zur Reduktion des Risikos einer sexuell erworbenen HIV-1-Infektion bei Erwachsenen mit hohem HIV-Risiko angewendet.
Die Verschreibung muss im Rahmen des Artikel 12b Buchstabe i 1 der Krankenpflege-Leistungsverordnung vom 29. September 1995 (KLV; SR 832.112.31) und des aktuellsten zugehörigen Referenzdokumentes stattfinden.
Es werden maximal 13 Packungen pro Jahr vergütet.
