Immunthrombozytopenische Purpura (ITP) – Erwachsene
Zur Behandlung von erwachsenen Patienten mit einer mindestens 6 Monate ab Diagnose dauernden (idiopathischen) immunthrombozytopenischen Purpura (ITP), die auf andere Therapieoptionen (z.B. Kortikosteroide, Immunglobuline oder Splenektomie) nicht genügend ansprachen, bei erhöhtem Blutungsrisiko infolge ausgeprägter Thrombozytopenie. Die Behandlung soIIte abgebrochen werden, wenn nach vierwöchiger Therapie mit 75 mg/Tag die Thrombozytenwerte nicht ausreichend ansteigen.
Der Indikationscode dieser Limitierung ist an den Krankenversicherer zu übermitteln.
Immunthrombozytopenische Purpura (ITP) – Kinder ab 6 Jahren
Zur Behandlung von pädiatrischen Patienten (6 Jahre und älter) mit einer mindestens 6 Monate ab Diagnose dauernden (idiopathischen) immunthrombozytopenischen Purpura (ITP) und relevanter Blutungsneigung, die auf eine etablierte Behandlung (z.B. IVIG, Kortikosteroide) nicht angesprochen haben und für die eine Splenektomie keine Behandlungsoption dar-stellt. Dosisreduktionen bei pädiatrischen Patienten müssen regelmässig geprüft werden.
