Zur Behandlung von erwachsenen Patienten mit chronischer Immunthrombozytopenie (immunthrombozytopenischer Purpura, ITP) definiert als eine mindestens 12 Monate ab Diagnose dauernde ITP. Die Patienten müssen auf mindestens eine vorherige Behandlung (zum Beispiel Kortikosteroide, Azathioprin oder Immunglobuline) unzureichend angesprochen haben. DOPTELET darf nicht in Kombination mit REVOLADE oder NPLATE verabreicht werden.
