ln Kombination mit bis zu acht Zyklen Rituximab und anschliessender Monotherapie bis eine Krankheitsprogression oder inakzeptable Toxizität auftritt zur Behandlung von Patienten mit progressiver, symptomatischer CLL und Komorbidität (schwere Neutropenie oder Thrombozytopenie bedingt durch kumulative Myelotoxizität vorheriger Chemo-Therapien oder eine Kreatininclearance 6 oder einem vergleichbaren Wert eines anderen anerkannten Bewertungssystems) ab der zweiten Linie bei Frührezidiven (Rezidiv entsprechend der Vortherapie gemäss Leitlinien bis zu maximal 3 Jahren) oder bei Patienten, die für eine Chemoimmuntherapie nicht geeignet sind.
Als Monotherapie zur Behandlung von Patienten mit rezidivierendem follikulärem Lymphom (FL), die zwei vorausgegangene Therapien erhalten haben.
