Die Rauchentwöhnung mit Zyban wird vergütet bei einem Rauchverhalten, das die Kriterien des Abhängigkeitssyndroms nach dem Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) Version 5 oder der International Classification of Diseases (ICD) erfüllt und bei welchem zusätzlich ein Schweregrad vorliegt, der eines der folgenden Kriterien erfüllt:
- Bestehen einer Folgekrankheit des Rauchens oder
- Bestehen einer Abhängigkeit, bei welcher der Fagerström-Test einen Score von 6 oder mehr ergibt.
Für Patienten ab 18 Jahren, die zu einem Rauchstopp mit Zyban motiviert sind und Beratung und Unterstützung durch eine medizinische Fachperson erhalten. Pro 18 Monate wird eine einmalige Therapie von 7 Wochen vergütet.
