Bei Patienten, bei denen bis zur Woche 10 kein klinisches Ansprechen festzustellen ist, sollte die Therapie abgebrochen werden.
Die Anwendung von ZEPOSIA in Kombination mit biologischen Wirkstoffen und/oder starken Immunsuppressiva wird nicht vergütet.
Eine Weiterbehandlung mit ZEPOSIA nach einer Therapiedauer von einem Jahr bedarf der Kostengutsprache durch den Krankenversicherer nach vorgängiger Konsultation des Vertrauensarztes.
Die Bristol-Myers Squibb SA erstattet in der Indikation Colitis Ulcerosa dem Krankenversicherer, bei dem die versicherte Person zum Zeitpunkt des Bezugs versichert war, auf dessen erste Aufforderung hin für jede bezogene Packung ZEPOSIA einen festgelegten Anteil des Fabrikabgabepreises zurück. Sie gibt dem Krankenversicherer die Höhe der Rückerstattung bekannt.
Die Mehrwertsteuer kann nicht zusätzlich zu den Rückvergütungsbeträgen zurückgefordert werden.
Die Aufforderung zur Rückerstattung soll ab dem Zeitpunkt der Verabreichung erfolgen.
