Im Falle eines Therapieabbruchs nach Behandlungsbeginn aufgrund von Nebenwirkungen innerhalb der ersten 10 Tage werden dem Krankenversicherer von der Astellas Pharma AG die Kosten der gesamten ersten Packung zurückerstattet, falls keine weiteren Packungen innert 6 Monaten bezogen werden.
XTANDI wird vergütet in Kombination mit LHRH-Agonisten zur Behandlung von Männern mit metastasiertem kastrationsresistentem Prostatakarzinom (CRPC) mit asymptomatischem oder mild symptomatischem Verlauf nach Versagen der Androgenentzugstherapie, und bei denen eine Chemotherapie noch nicht klinisch indiziert ist.
Der Indikationscode dieser Limitierung ist an den Krankenversicherer zu übermitteln.
XTANDI wird vergütet in Kombination mit LHRH Agonisten zur Behandlung von Männern mit metastasierendem, kastrationsresistentem Prostatakarzinom bei Progression unter oder nach Docetaxel Therapie.
