Zur Behandlung von Patienten mit anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-positivem, fortgeschrittenem, nicht-kleinzelligem Lungenkarzinom (NSCLC) als Monotherapie.
Im Falle einer Progression ist die Behandlung abzubrechen.

XALKORI wird als Monotherapie zur Behandlung von erwachsenen Patienten mit ROS1-positivem, fortgeschrittenem nicht-kleinzelligem Lungenkarzinom (NSCLC) vergütet.
Die ROS1-Genfusion ist vor der Behandlung mit XALKORI mit einer geeigneten Methode nachzuweisen. Eine Rotation innerhalb der ROS1-Inhibitoren wird ausschliesslich bei Kontraindikation oder Unverträglichkeit vergütet.
Die Behandlung mit XALKORI wird vergütet
- solange ein klinischer Nutzen der Behandlung besteht UND
- bis zur Progression der Erkrankung oder bis zum Auftreten inakzeptabler Toxizität.
