Für Patienten mit moderater COPD nach ≥ 1 moderaten Exazerbation pro Jahr trotz einer mindestens 3 Monate dauernder optimierter Therapie unter LABA/LAMA mit Eosinophilenzellzahl im Blut ≥ 100 Zellen/μl, welche nicht ausreichend eingestellt sind
oder
für Patienten mit moderater bis schwerer COPD nach ≥ 2 moderaten Exazerbationen pro Jahr oder ≥ 1 Exazerbation pro Jahr, welche zu einer Hospitalisation geführt hat trotz einer mindestens 3 Monaten dauernden optimierter Therapie unter ICS/LABA oder LABA/LAMA (für LABA/LAMA mit Eosinophilenzellzahl im Blut ≥ 100 Zellen/μl), welche nicht ausreichend eingestellt sind
oder
für Patienten mit COPD, welche bereits mit einer Kombination von LABA/LAMA und ICS oder ICS/LABA und LAMA mit mehreren Inhalatoren therapiert werden.
Zur Erhaltungstherapie von Patienten mit schwerem Asthma, welche mit einer Erhaltungstherapie aus einem lang wirksamen Beta2-Agonisten und einem hochdosierten inhalativen Kortikosteroid nicht ausreichend eingestellt sind und eine oder mehr Exazerbationen in den letzten 12 Monaten erlitten haben
oder
für Patienten mit schwerem Asthma, welche bereits mit einer Kombination von LABA/LAMA und ICS mit mehreren Inhalatoren therapiert werden.

Is Trimbow covered by Swiss health insurance?
