TEPMETKO wird vergütet als Monotherapie für die Behandlung von erwachsenen Patienten mit fortgeschrittenem oder metastasierendem nicht-kleinzelligem Lungenkarzinom (NSCLC) mit einer MET-Exon-14-Skipping-Mutation. Eine Anwendung bei zusätzlichen onkogenen Treibermutationen inklusive EGFR- oder ALK Tumoraberrationen wird nicht vergütet. Die Behandlung wird maximal bis zur Progression der Erkrankung vergütet.
Eine Rotation innerhalb der MET-Inhibitoren wird ausschliesslich bei Kontraindikation oder Unverträglichkeit vergütet.
Die Merck (Schweiz) AG erstattet dem Krankenversicherer, bei dem die versicherte Person zum Zeitpunkt des Bezugs versichert war, auf dessen erste Aufforderung hin für jede bezogene Packung TEPMETKO einen festgelegten Anteil des Fabrikabgabepreises zurück. Sie gibt dem Krankenversicherer die Höhe der Rückerstattungen bekannt. Die Mehrwertsteuer kann nicht zusätzlich zurückgefordert werden. Die Aufforderung zur Rückerstattung soll ab dem Zeitpunkt der Verabreichung erfolgen.
