TALVEY wird als Monotherapie für die Behandlung erwachsener Patienten mit rezidiviertem oder refraktärem Multiplem Myelom vergütet, die zuvor mindestens drei Therapielinien erhalten haben, darunter einen Proteasom-Inhibitor, einen immunmodulatorischen Wirkstoff und einen monoklonalen anti-CD38-Antikörper, und welche eine Progredienz zur letzten Therapielinie gezeigt haben.
Die Anwendung von TALVEY soll nur unter der Anleitung von ärztlichem Personal mit Erfahrung in der Behandlung von malignen hämatologischen Erkrankungen, des Zytokinfreisetzungssyndroms (CRS) und von neurologischen Toxizitäten inklusive Immuneffektorzell-assoziiertes Neurotoxizitätssyndrom (ICANS) durchgeführt werden.
Für TALVEY bestehen Preismodelle. Die Janssen-Cilag AG gibt diese dem Krankenversicherer, bei dem die versicherte Person zum Zeitpunkt des Bezugs versichert war, auf dessen erste Aufforderung hin bekannt.

Die Aufforderung zur Rückerstattung soll ab dem Zeitpunkt der Verabreichung erfolgen.
Der Indikationscode dieser Limitierung ist an den Krankenversicherer zu übermitteln.
