TABRECTA ist für die Behandlung von erwachsenen Patienten mit fortgeschrittenem oder metastasierendem nicht-kleinzelligem Lungenkarzinom (NSCLC) mit einer MET-Exon-14-Skipping-Mutation indiziert. Eine Anwendung bei zusätzlichen onkogenen Treibermutationen inklusive EGFR oder ALK Tumoraberrationen wird nicht vergütet. Die Vergütung erfolgt bis zur Progression der Erkrankung.
Eine Rotation innerhalb der MET-Inhibitoren wird ausschliesslich bei Kontraindikation oder Unverträglichkeit vergütet.
Die Novartis Pharma Schweiz AG erstattet dem Krankenversicherer, bei dem die versicherte Person zum Zeitpunkt des Bezugs versichert war, auf dessen erste Aufforderung hin für jede in dieser Indikation vergütete Packung TABRECTA einen festgelegten Anteil des Fabrikabgabepreises zurück. Die Novartis Pharma Schweiz AG gibt dem Krankenversicherer die Höhe der Rückerstattungen bekannt. Die Mehrwertsteuer kann nicht zusätzlich zu diesem Anteil des Fabrikabgabepreises zurückgefordert werden. Die Aufforderung zur Rückerstattung soll ab dem Zeitpunkt der Verabreichung erfolgen.
