This preparation is reimbursed only under the conditions below. The text is the binding FOPH wording; outside those conditions basic insurance does not pay.

Das Gesuch um Kostengutsprache muss eine dokumentierte Diagnose einer ASS oder eines SMS enthalten sowie ein Schlafhygienemassnahmenprotokoll, das über 14 Tage durchgeführt wurde und das dokumentiert einen unzureichenden Erfolg brachte.
Die Dokumentation der ASS-Diagnose umfasst entweder mindestens folgende Unterlagen:
• Name des spezialisierten Zentrums oder des spezialisierten Facharztes, der die Diagnose gestellt hat.
• Art der validierten diagnostischen Beobachtungsskala, die bei der Abklärung angewendet wurde (ADI, ADOS oder andere medizinisch geeignete Skalen) sowie das numerische Ergebnis auf der Skala.
• Art der autistischen Eigenschaften, die aus der Abklärung hervorgegangen sind.
oder eine Bestätigung der Invalidenversicherung (Ziffer 405).
Die Verschreibung darf ausschliesslich durch Fachärzte der Kinder- und Jugendmedizin oder durch Fachärzte der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie erfolgen.
Der Versicherer kann alle 6 Monate einen Nachweis des Therapieerfolgs verlangen.
