Mit Verschreibung von SCEMBLIX bei neu diagnostizierter Ph+ CML CP berücksichtigt die/der behandelnde Ärztin/Arzt bei der Wahl des passenden Tyrosinkinaseinhibitors umfassend und patientenindividuell den Nutzen und die Kosten. Die Voraussetzungen für eine Vergütung als Erstlinientherapien sind damit ohne weitere Dokumentationspflicht erfüllt. Eine Kostengutsprache ist nicht erforderlich.
Die Vergütung erfolgt bis zur Krankheitsprogression. Der Therapieerfolg muss regelmässig gem. den aktuell gültigen Richtlinien unter Berücksichtigung hämatologischer, zytogenetischer (bei Knochenmarkuntersuchungen) oder molekularer Parameter überprüft werden. SCEMBLIX wird bei bestätigter T315I oder V299L Mutation und bei bekanntem Wiederauftreten einer CML-CP nach vorheriger Krankheitsprogression zu AP oder BP nicht vergütet.
