QARZIBA wird vergütet in Kombination mit Isotretinoin für die Behandlung von Hochrisiko-Neuroblastom bei pädiatrischen Patienten im Alter von 12 Monaten und älter, die zuvor eine Induktions-Chemotherapie erhalten und zumindest eine partielle Remission erreicht haben, gefolgt von myeloablativer Therapie und Stammzelltransplantation.

Behandlung des rezidivierten oder refraktären Neuroblastoms
QARZIBA wird vergütet in Kombination mit Isotretinoin oder als Monotherapie für die Behandlung von rezidivierten oder refraktären Neuroblastomen mit oder ohne Residualerkrankung in der Anamnese bei pädiatrischen Patienten im Alter von 12 Monaten und älter, bei denen keine aktiv progrediente Erkrankung vorliegt. Vor der Behandlung eines rezidivierten Neuroblastoms sind jegliche aktive progredienten Erkrankungen mithilfe anderer geeigneter Massnahmen zu stabilisieren.
