Die Behandlung mit Mogamulizumab wird bis zur Progression der Erkrankung oder einer inakzep-tablen Toxizität vergütet. Wenn nach 4 Monaten Behandlung kein Ansprechen auf Kompartiment-ebene ohne Verbesserung der Lebensqualität oder eine Gesamtprogression beobachtet wird, wird die Behandlung nicht weiter vergütet.
Die Zulassungsinhaberin erstattet dem Krankenversicherer, bei dem die versicherte Person zum Zeitpunkt des Bezugs versichert war, auf dessen erste Aufforderung hin für jede bezogene Packung POTELIGEO einen festgelegten Anteil des Fabrikabgabepreises zurück. Sie gibt dem Krankenversicherer die Höhe der Rückerstattung bekannt. Die Mehrwertsteuer kann nicht zusätzlich zu diesem Anteil des Fabrikabgabepreises zurückgefordert werden. Die Aufforderung zur Rückerstattung soll ab dem Zeitpunkt der Verabreichung erfolgen.
