Die Behandlung bedarf der Kostengutsprache durch den Krankenversicherer nach vorgängiger Konsultation des Vertrauensarztes. In Kombination mit Cisplatin für die First-line-Chemotherapie von Patienten mit lokal fortgeschrittenem oder metastasiertem nicht-kleinzelligem Lungenkarzinom ausser bei überwiegender plattenepithelialer Histologie.
Die Behandlung bedarf der Kostengutsprache durch den Krankenversicherer nach vorgängiger Konsultation des Vertrauensarztes. Monotherapie bei Patienten mit lokal fortgeschrittenem oder metastasiertem nicht-kleinzelligem Lungenkarzinom nach vorangegangener Chemotherapie ausser bei überwiegender plattenepithelialer Histologie.
Behandlung von Patienten mit malignem Pleuramesotheliom in Kombination mit Cisplatin.
Die Therapie ist bei Auftreten einer Progression abzubrechen.
Die Bedingungen für eine Vergütung des Kombinationspartners TAGRISSO (Osimertinib) ist in dessen Limitierung festgehalten.
