In Kombination mit Gemcitabin, für die Erstlinienbehandlung von Patienten mit lokal fortgeschrittenem, nicht resezierbarem oder metastasiertem Adenokarzinom des Pankreas.
Nach vorgängiger Kostengutsprache durch den Krankenversicherer nach vorgängiger Konsultation des Vertrauensarztes. Für die Behandlung mit Paclitaxel-Albumin Accord ist keine neue Kostengutsprache nötig, wenn in derselben Indikation bereits eine Kostengutsprache für das Originalpräparat oder ein anderes Generikum besteht.
Behandlung des metastasierenden Mammakarzinoms nach Versagen einer Chemotherapie oder Rezidiv innert 6 Monaten nach adjuvanter Chemotherapie. In der Vortherapie muss ein Anthrazyklin enthalten gewesen sein, es sei denn, es bestand eine Kontraindikation. Die Therapie muss als Monotherapie verabreicht werden. Eine Kombination mit Biologika oder antihormoneller Therapie ist nicht möglich. Paclitaxel-Albumin Accord darf nicht als Alternative für andere Paclitaxel-Formulierungen verwendet werden, es sei denn die Behandlung mit anderen Paclitaxel-Formulierungen ist ungeeignet.
