Für die Behandlung mit OVALEAP ist keine neue Kostengutsprache nötig, wenn in derselben Indikation bereits eine Kostengutsprache für das Referenzpräparat oder ein anderes Biosimilar besteht.
Kostenübernahme nur nach vorgängiger endokrinologischer Untersuchung, bei Vorliegen einer Kostengutsprache durch den Krankenversicherer nach vorgängiger Konsultation des Vertrauensarztes.
Im Fall einer Anwendung in der Reproduktionsmedizin (Stimulation des Follikelwachstums und der Ovulation):
Die maximale Behandlungsdauer beträgt ein Jahr.
Nicht zur Stimulierung einer Superovulation im Rahmen einer In-Vitro-Fertilisation (IVF).
