ORSERDU wird vergütet als Monotherapie zur Behandlung von postmenopausalen Frauen mit Estrogenrezeptor (ER)-positivem, HER2-negativem, lokal fortgeschrittenem oder metastasiertem Brustkrebs mit einer aktivierenden ESR1-Mutation, deren Erkrankung nach mindestens einer endokrinen Therapielinie, kombiniert mit einem CDK 4/6-Inhibitor, fortgeschritten ist, und zwar bei Krankheitsprogession nach mindestens 12 Monaten endokrine Therapie kombiniert mit einem CDK4/6-Inhibitor.
Die Zulassungsinhaberin erstattet dem Krankenversicherer, bei dem die versicherte Person zum Zeitpunkt des Bezugs versichert war, auf dessen erste Aufforderung hin für jede bezogene Packung ORSERDU einen festgelegten Anteil des Fabrikabgabepreises zurück. Sie gibt dem Krankenversicherer die Höhe der Rückerstattung bekannt. Die Mehrwertsteuer kann nicht zusätzlich zu diesem Anteil des Fabrikabgabepreises zurückgefordert werden. Die Aufforderung zur Rückerstattung soll ab dem Zeitpunkt der Verabreichung erfolgen.
