Für die Behandlung mit OMNITROPE ist keine neue Kostengutsprache nötig, wenn in derselben Indikation bereits eine Kostengutsprache für das Referenzpräparat oder ein anderes Biosimilar besteht.
Bei Erwachsenen mit vorgängiger Kostengutsprache durch den Vertrauensarzt des Krankenversicherers.
- Geburtsgewicht/grösse unter - Kein Aufholwachstum bis zum 4. Lebensjahr
- Aktuelle Grösse unter - Wachstumsgeschwindigkeit im letzten Jahr unter - Angleichung an elterliche Zielgrösse - Ein Wachstumshormonmangel und/oder eine Hypothyreose müssen vorher ausgeschlossen sein.
- Andere medizinische Gründe oder Behandlungen, welche eine Wachstumsstörung verursachen könnten, müssen vor Therapie mit Omnitrope ausgeschlossen werden
- Reevaluation der Therapie nach einem Jahr: wenn der SDS der Wachstumsgeschwindigkeit nach 1 Jahr mindestens +1 beträgt, wird die Behandlung mit Omnitrope weitergeführt.
