OMJJARA wird nur vergütet als Monotherapie zur Behandlung der primären Myelofibrose, der Myelofibrose nach Polycythaemia vera oder der Myelofibrose nach essentieller Thrombozythämie mit intermediärem oder hohem Risiko bei Erwachsenen mit moderater oder schwerer Anämie, die vorgängig mit Ruxolitinib behandelt wurden oder für eine Behandlung mit Ruxolitinib nicht in Frage kommen, und die nicht für eine allogene Stammzelltransplantation vorgesehen sind.
Nicht in Kombination mit Ruxolitinib.
Die Verschreibung darf nur durch einen Facharzt für Hämatologie oder Onkologie erfolgen.
