Diagnosestellung der idiopathischen Lungenfibrose (IPF) gemäss internationalen Empfehlungen (ATS/ERS) durch spezialisierte Zentren für IPF bzw. durch entsprechend qualifizierte Fachärzte für Pneumologie.
Folgender Indikationscode ist zu übermitteln: 22031.01
PF-ILD
Diagnosestellung von chronischen fibrosierenden interstitiellen Lungenerkrankungen (ILDs) mit einem progressiven Phänotyp gemäss internationalen Empfehlungen (ATS/ERS) durch spezialisierte Zentren für Pneumologie bzw. durch entsprechend qualifizierte Fachärzte für Pneumologie.
Eine Therapieweiterführung kann durch spezialisierte Zentren für Pneumologie oder Rheumatologie bzw. durch entsprechend qualifizierte Fachärzte für Pneumologie oder Rheumatologie erfolgen.

SSc-ILD
Diagnosestellung der mit systemischer Sklerose assoziierten interstitiellen Lungenerkrankung (SSc-ILD) gemäss internationalen Empfehlungen (ATS/ERS/EULAR) durch spezialisierte Zentren für Pneumologie bzw. durch entsprechend qualifizierte Fachärzte für Pneumologie.
Eine Therapieweiterführung kann durch spezialisierte Zentren für Pneumologie oder Rheumatologie bzw. durch entsprechend qualifizierte Fachärzte für Pneumologie oder Rheumatologie erfolgen.
