Zur Osteoporoseprävention bei akutem Knochenschwund aufgrund plötzlicher Immobilisierung wie zum Beispiel bei Patienten mit Osteoporose-Frakturen. Vergütungsdauer maximal 2 Monate.
Morbus Paget (Osteitis deformans): Nur bei Patienten, die nicht auf alternative Behandlungen ansprechen oder bei denen alternative Behandlungen ungeeignet sind. Vergütungsdauer 3 Monate.
Bei Hyperkalzämie und hyperkalzämische Krisen hervorgerufen durch:
- Tumorbedingte Osteolyse bei Knochenmetastasen von Brust-, Lungen- und Nierenkarzinomen, Myelomen und anderen malignen Tumoren;
- Hyperparathyreoidismus, Immobilisierung und Vitamin D-Intoxikation, sowohl für die Notfall- als auch für die Langzeit-Behandlung.
Bei Algodystrophie oder Sudeck-Syndrom (Neurodystrophische Störungen) aufgrund unterschiedlicher ätiologischer und prädisponierender Faktoren wie posttraumatische schmerzhafte Osteoporose, Re-flexdystrophie, Schulter-Arm-Syndrom, Kausalgie und arzneimittelbedingte neurotrophische Störungen. Vergütungsdauer bis 6 Wochen.
