Die Pierre Fabre Pharma AG erstattet nach Aufforderung durch denjenigen Krankenversicherer, bei dem die versicherte Person zum Zeitpunkt des Bezugs versichert war, auf die Kombination von BRAFTOVI und MEKTOVI für jede bezogene MEKTOVI Packung (=Indikator für einen Behandlungszyklus) 24.49% des Fabrikabgabepreises zurück. Die Mehrwertsteuer kann nicht zusätzlich zu diesem Anteil des Fabrikabgabepreises zurückgefordert werden. Die Aufforderung zur Rückvergütung soll ab dem Zeitpunkt der Verabreichung erfolgen.
