IMJUDO in Kombination mit IMFINZI wird vergütet zur Behandlung von Patienten mit inoperablem hepatozellulärem Karzinom (HCC), die noch keine systemische Vorbehandlung erhalten haben, nicht für eine lokoregionale Therapie geeignet sind und folgende Kriterien erfüllen:
• Erhaltene Leberfunktion (Child-Pugh-Klasse A)
• ECOG Performance Status 0 oder 1
Dem Krankenversicherer ist bei Therapiebeginn die Indikation (inkl. Indikationscode) mitzuteilen. IMJUDO darf nur einmalig im ersten Therapiezyklus in Kombination mit IMFINZI verabreicht werden. Die Patienten können mit IMFINZI bis zur Progression der Erkrankung behandelt werden. Klinisch stabile Patienten mit initialem Befund einer Progression können bis zur Bestätigung der Progression der Erkrankung weiter behandelt werden.
Die Zulassungsinhaberin AstraZeneca AG erstattet dem Krankenversicherer, bei dem die versicherte Person zum Zeitpunkt des Bezugs versichert war, für jede bezogene Packung IMJUDO und IMFINZI für die Indikation HCC einen festgelegten Anteil des Fabrikabgabepreises zurück. Die AstraZeneca AG gibt dem Krankenversicherer die wirtschaftlichen Preise für IMJUDO und IMFINZI bekannt. Die Mehrwertsteuer kann nicht zusätzlich zu diesem Anteil der Fabrikabgabepreise zurückgefordert werden. Die Aufforderung zur Rückerstattung soll ab dem Zeitpunkt der Verabreichung erfolgen.
