Behandlung von erwachsenen Patienten mit Hypereosinophilensyndrom (HES), atypischen myelodysplastischen/myeloproliferativen Erkrankungen (MDS/MPD) oder aggressiver systemischer Mastozytose (SM) einhergehend mit Eosinophilie und einer plated-derived growth factor (PDGF)-Rezeptor-alpha oder -beta Mutation oder einem FIP1L1-PDGFR-alpha Fusionsprotein.
