HEMANGIOL wird zur Behandlung proliferativer infantiler Hämangiome, die eine systemische Therapie erfordern, vergütet.
Der Therapiebeginn ist bei Säuglingen zwischen 5 Wochen und 5 Monaten.
Die klinische Überwachung des Gesundheitszustands des Kindes sowie eine Neuanpassung der Dosis muss mindestens einmal pro Monat durchgeführt werden.
HEMANGIOL ist über einen Zeitraum von maximal 6 Monaten zu vergüten. Bei der Minderheit der Patienten, die nach Absetzen der Behandlung ein Rezidiv der Symptome zeigen, kann die Behandlung unter denselben Bedingungen erneut über einen Zeitraum von maximal 6 Monaten vergütet werden.
