FRUZAQLA wird als Monotherapie zur Behandlung von erwachsenen Patienten mit metastasiertem kolorektalem Karzinom (mCRC), die zuvor mit verfügbaren Therapien einschliesslich Fluoropyrimidin, Oxaliplatin- und Irinotecan-basierter Chemotherapie, einer Anti-VEGF-Therapie und bei Vorliegen eines RAS Wildtyps mit einer Anti-EGFR-Therapie behandelt wurden und eine Progression oder Unverträglichkeit während oder nach einer Therapie mit Trifluridin Tipiracil oder Regorafenib vorweisen vergütet.
Folgende Kriterien müssen erfüllt sein:
• Performance Status ECOG 0-1
Im Falle einer Progression wird die Behandlung nicht weiter vergütet.
Die Takeda Pharma AG erstattet dem Krankenversicherer, bei dem die versicherte Person zum Zeitpunkt des Bezugs versichert war, auf dessen erste Aufforderung hin für jede bezogene Packung FRUZAQLA einen festgelegten Anteil des Fabrikabgabepreises zurück. Sie gibt dem Krankenversicherer die Höhe der Rückerstattung bekannt. Die Mehrwertsteuer kann nicht zusätzlich zu diesem Anteil des Fabrikabgabepreises zurückgefordert werden. Die Aufforderung zur Rückerstattung soll ab dem Zeitpunkt der Verabreichung erfolgen.
