Patienten, die bei Einnahme eines Statins nicht tolerierbare Muskelschmerzen und/oder messbare Muskelschwäche und/oder eine Erhöhung der Creatininkinase >5x des oberen Grenzwertes aufweisen. Vor der Verschreibung von EZETIMIB-ATORVASTATIN-MEPHA ist ein anderes Statin und, sofern dies nicht vertragen wird, Atorvastatin oder Rosuvastatin 5-10 mg 1-2x pro Woche auszuprobieren.
