ELZONRIS (Tagraxofusp) wird vergütet als Monotherapie für die Erstlinienbehandlung erwachsener Patienten mit blastischer plasmazytoider dendritischer Zellneoplasie (BPDCN).
Die Verschreibung von ELZONRIS darf nur durch einen Facharzt der medizinischen Onkologie, Hämatologie oder Dermatologie mit Erfahrung in der Behandlung der BPDCN erfolgen.
Die Zulassungsinhaberin erstattet dem Krankenversicherer, bei dem die versicherte Person zum Zeitpunkt des Bezugs versichert war, auf dessen erste Aufforderung hin für jede bezogene Packung ELZONRIS einen festgelegten Anteil des Fabrikabgabepreises zurück. Sie gibt dem Krankenversicherer die Höhe der Rückerstattung bekannt. Die Mehrwertsteuer kann nicht zusätzlich zu diesem Anteil des Fabrikabgabepreises zurückgefordert werden. Die Aufforderung zur Rückerstattung soll ab dem Zeitpunkt der Verabreichung erfolgen.
