Behandlung erwachsener Patienten und Kindern ab 6 Jahren mit schwerer Plaque-Psoriasis, bei denen eine Phototherapie oder eine der folgenden konventionellen systemischen Therapien (Ciclosporin, Methotrexat, Acitretin) keinen therapeutischen Erfolg gezeigt haben. Falls nach 12 Wochen kein therapeutischer Erfolg eingetreten ist, ist die Behandlung abzubrechen. Nach erfolgten Startdosen in den Wochen 0, 1, 2, 3 und 4 wird pro Verabreichung eine maximale Dosis von 300 mg pro Monat vergütet.
Die Verschreibung von COSENTYX in der Indikation schwere Plaque-Psoriasis kann nur durch Fachärzte der Dermatologie oder dermatologische Universitätskliniken/Polikliniken erfolgen.
Alleine oder in Kombination mit Methotrexat zur Behandlung erwachsener Patienten mit aktiver Psoriasis Arthritis, die unzureichend auf eine vorhergehende Therapie mit krankheitsmodifizierenden Antirheumatika (disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs, DMARD) angesprochen haben. Falls nach 16 Wochen kein therapeutischer Erfolg eingetreten ist, ist die Behandlung abzubrechen.
Die Verschreibung von COSENTYX in der Indikation aktive Psoriasis Arthritis kann nur durch Fachärzte der Dermatologie oder Rheumatologie oder dermatologische oder rheumatologische Universitätskliniken/Polikliniken erfolgen.
Zur Behandlung erwachsener Patienten mit schwerer, aktiver ankylosierender Spondylitis (Morbus Bechterew), die unzureichend auf konventionelle Therapie (beispielsweise NSAIDs) angesprochen haben.
Die Verschreibung von COSENTYX in der Indikation aktive ankylosierende Spondylitis/Morbus Bechterew kann nur durch Fachärzte der Rheumatologie oder rheumatologische Universitätskliniken/Polikliniken erfolgen.
Behandlung bei Patienten ab 6 Jahren mit aktiver Enthesitis-assoziierter Arthritis (EAA) oder aktiver juveniler Psoriasis-Arthritis (jPsA), deren Erkrankung nur unzureichend auf nichtsteroidale entzündungshemmende Medikamente (NSAIDs) und krankheitsmodifizierende Antirheumatika (DMARDs) angesprochen hat.
Falls nach 12 Wochen kein therapeutischer Erfolg eingetreten ist, muss die Therapie abgebrochen werden.
Die Verschreibung von COSENTYX in der Indikation juvenile idiopathische Arthritis kann nur durch Fachärzte der Rheumatologie oder rheumatologische Universitätskliniken/Polikliniken erfolgen.
