Zur Behandlung von Patienten mit aktivem Morbus Crohn, wenn die vorausgegangene konventionelle Therapie (z.B. mit Azathioprin, 6-Mercaptopurin, Steroiden) unzulänglich war. Bei Ansprechen beträgt die maximale Therapiedauer 6 Monate.
Zur Behandlung der schweren aktiven axialen Spondyloarthritis (axSpA) bei erwachsenen Patienten, einschliesslich Patienten mit schwerer aktiver ankylosierender Spondylitis (AS) und Patienten mit schwerer aktiver nicht-röntgenologischer axialer Spondyloarthritis (nr-axSpA), die auf eine konventionelle Therapie unzureichend angesprochen haben oder NSAIDs nicht vertragen. Patienten mit schwerer aktiver nicht-röntgenologischer axialer Spondyloarthritis sollten objektive Anzeichen einer Entzündung im MRI und durch erhöhtes CRP zeigen.
Die Behandlungen bedürfen der Kostengutsprache durch den Krankenversicherer nach vorgängiger Konsultation des Vertrauensarztes.
Behandlung erwachsener Patienten mit schwerer Plaque-Psoriasis, bei denen UVB und PUVA oder eine der folgenden drei systemischen Therapien (Ciclosporin, Methotrexat, Acitretin) keinen therapeutischen Erfolg gezeigt haben.
Nach Applikation der höheren Anfangsdosis wird maximal eine Erhaltungsdosis von 200 mg alle 2 Wochen vergütet.
Falls nach 16 Wochen kein therapeutischer Erfolg eingetreten ist, ist die Behandlung abzubrechen.
Die Verschreibung kann nur durch Fachärzte der Dermatologie oder dermatologische Universitätskliniken/ Polikliniken erfolgen.
