Die Verschreibung von CAMZYOS darf ausschliesslich durch einen Facharzt in Kardiologie erfolgen.
CAMZYOS wird zur Behandlung erwachsener Patienten mit symptomatischer (NYHA II-III) obstruktiver hypertropher Kardiomyopathie (oHCM) in Kombination mit einem Betablocker oder einem Kalziumkanalblocker vergütet, wenn die Therapie mit einem Betablocker oder einem Kalziumkanalblocker nicht ausreichend wirksam ist. Bei einer Unverträglichkeit auf einen Betablocker und einen Kalziumkanalblocker oder wenn die Behandlung mit diesen beiden Optionen ungeeignet ist, kann CAMZYOS als Monotherapie vergütet werden.
CAMZYOS wird nur bei Patienten vergütet, die vor Beginn der Behandlung die folgenden Kriterien erfüllen:
- eine LVEF von mindestens 55% und
- einen LVOT-Spitzengradienten ≥ 50 mmHg (in Ruhe, unter Valsalva-Manöver, oder nach Belastung)
Kontrolle nach 6 Monaten Therapie mit der maximal verträglichen Dosis (spätestens 15 Monaten nach Therapiebeginn):
CAMZYOS wird nach 6 Monaten Therapie mit der maximal verträglichen Dosis weiter vergütet, wenn ein minimales Ansprechen auf die Behandlung nachgewiesen wird. Ein minimales Ansprechen auf die Behandlung nachgewiesen wird, wenn:
- eine Verringerung um mindestens eine NYHA-Klasse und eine Verringerung des LVOT-Gradient unter Valsalva-Manöver auf , oder
- eine Verringerung des LVOT-Gradient unter Valsalva-Manöver auf
Das Resultat des Ansprechens auf die Behandlung nach 6 Monaten mit der maximal verträglichen Dosis ist dem Vertrauensarzt des Krankenversicherers schriftlich zu melden.
