Sekundärtherapie bei Ovarialkarzinom nach Therapieversagen unter platinhaltiger und/oder Paclitaxel-Chemotherapie.
Bei Patientinnen mit metastasierendem Mammakarzinom mit Indikation für Anthrazykline bei welchen aufgrund von kardialer Komorbidität oder aufgrund vom Erreichen der kumulativen Anthrazyklinhöchstdosis nicht-liposomale Anthrazykline nicht angezeigt sind.
In Kombination mit Bortezomib für die Behandlung des progressiven Multiplen Myeloms bei Patienten, die mindestens eine vorangehende Therapie erhalten haben und die sich bereits einer Knochenmarkstransplantation unterzogen haben oder die für eine Knochenmarkstransplantation nicht geeignet sind.
Kostenübernahme nur bei Vorliegen einer Kostengutsprache durch den Krankenversicherer nach vorgängiger Konsultation des Vertrauensarztes.
